For shorter distances, we happily drive to weddings throughout Virginia and nearby regions. For locations beyond a 30-mile radius, we apply a modest mileage rate of $0.67 per mile. Depending on the length of services and distance traveled, we may also include travel and hotel accommodations to ensure we arrive rested, prepared, and fully present — ready to capture your day with the artistry and care it deserves.

Popular dates, especially during the golden seasons of spring and fall, tend to fill quickly. We encourage you to reach out early, even while you’re still dreaming, so we can hold space for your day and begin weaving your story from the very start.

Yes, but thoughtfully.

A gentle sweep over the landscape, the soft glow of your venue from above… our drone work is a quiet brush in the painting, never a distraction. Always used with care, always with the goal of adding just a touch more wonder to your cinematic story.

From there, we’ll gently hold your date as we step into the journey together, ready to craft something timeless.

To officially reserve your date and lock in your price, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit, typically 25% of your selected package. This works much like earnest money — securing your place on our calendar and allowing us to fully dedicate our time and artistry to your celebration.

We have a standard format for how we film but there may be details that you may have put a lot of thought into and things that are unique to your relationship or tradition. We would like to know those things to ensure proper coverage within your package.

Though rare, if something beyond our control arose, we have a circle of trusted filmmakers who share our passion and artistic eye. You would never be left without a storyteller on your day — and if no option remained, we would offer a full and heartfelt refund.

We craft each wedding film with love, care, and artistry — like a fine piece of music, every note must land just right. Typically, you’ll receive your film within 7–10 weeks, and when you do, we hope you’ll feel the time we took to make it as beautiful and lasting as your love.
